Gear Up Program at MassEdCo
Role was an education advisor, advising low income and first generation students in both education and career paths at the high school level. Projects included team collaboration with school officials and faculty for college and career state acceptance fairs, guiding students with their financial literacy and aid as well as creating workshops for parents and communities.

Coordinated and facilitated a college access program for first generation low income high school students on a college campus. Created the first dual enrollment in the program with an enrollment and success rate of 90% of students completing the class with a B+ or higher. Managed a team where we implemented 10 weeks workshops increasing college knowledge among the students by 85%.
